Development will likely cause traffic issues and surface water issues for Grappenhall tennis club. Addition of so many new homes will add significantly to congestion issues - infrastructure/services insufficient to cope with no. of new residents. Area should not be turned into urban sprawl.

Green Belt should be protected in light of climate change issues. WBC should calculate carbon footprint of plan and make this public. Consultation process is wholly inadequate and thus cannot be concluded until sufficient further information and detail is provided to local residents.
