Disappointed that large area of Green Belt is still allocated for development - not necessary or justified. Concern for worsening air quality in area as a result of proposed development - concern for health and wellbeing of residents as a result. Plan is short sighted and does not develop towns/villages in a sustainable way with well planned infrastructure.
