More focus needed on climate change mitigation, plan is contradictory to declared climate emergency. WBC should be protecting green spaces for environmental benefit. Transport systems in area are poor, therefore new residents will add to existing congestion/pollution issues. Brownfield sites should be considered for residential developments.
