Road network in South Warrington not suitable for development - Stocks Lane fields in particular is unsuitable for residential development. Development will change character of area. Plan will increase traffic, pollution and flooding in area. Area has huge recreational value and should be protected.

Western Link - threat of this development has left residents facing the uncertainty of not knowing whether they will lose their homes. Additionally, those residents left behind could find themselves overshadowed by the close proximity of the concrete structure of the bridge. I think both scenarios impact mental health of residents.

Main map on plan is out of focus and difficult to interpret. Plan still proposes large amount of Green Belt for development, predominantly in South Warrington. Greater focus needed on town centre regeneration.
