Site was designated as Green Belt in 2006 and not previously included in 2017/2019 versions of the plan. Infrastructure in area is insufficient to cope with additional traffic from development. Air quality will suffer due to increased road traffic and congestion. Flooding is already an issue in the area - development will amplify this. Questions provision for social infrastructure to support development.

Opposed to Six56 employment area due to loss of Green Belt and increased traffic, both private vehicles and HGVs. Increased traffic will result in increased air pollution.
