Proposed development of Green Belt is unnecessary and does not meet exceptional circumstances. Loss of Green Belt will result in loss of biodiversity. Development on Green Belt will increase flood risk and is contrary to declared climate emergency. Brownfield sites should be developed as a priority. Development is contrary to recent Government directives.

Overdevelopment surrounding rural villages to destroy character and identity. More focus needed on town centre regeneration.

Six56 development will have detrimental effect on already congested road network. Air pollution and associated health issues will increase as a result of development.

Proposed infrastructure for development which does not already have sufficient transport links is not sound as it is just a wish list. There is no clear plan for funding of infrastructure.
