Concern for South Warrington area over loss of Green Belt, lack of local need for type of housing proposed, lack of suitable infrastructure/services in area to cope with increased population, lack of local amenities, loss of ecology.

Opposed to development - thought this had been settled years ago after a previous plan went to ministerial level and was abandoned.
