All development assumes car usage. Plan lacks proposals for bus and cycle lanes. Congestion/pollution already an issue - plan will amplify issues - contradicts Government climate change agenda.

Development is unwanted and damaging to the area. Traffic is already an issue - development will worsen this. Existing issues with noise/air pollution will be amplified - negative impact on health of residents. Development will provide low paid employment opportunities - workers likely to commute from elsewhere and add to traffic in area.
