If Peel Hall had not been in the local plan for the last 30 years no developer would have had any grounds to appeal. The council is totally at fault and should have taken it out of the plan.

Council?s forecasts for economic growth which are based on levels of activity and development at rates which appear to be unachievable, especially given the impact Covid 19 on the downturn of economic growth across the country in general.
