Plan lacks detail on delivery of infrastructure improvements to support this level of development - existing issue with congestion/pollution in South Warrington. If Peel Hall had not been in the local plan for the last 30 years no developer would have had any grounds to appeal. The council is totally at fault and should have taken it out of the plan.

Green Belt boundary only confirmed 7 years ago - WBC ignoring own boundary agreement. Loss of Green Belt will have detrimental impact on ecology/environment in South Warrington. Brownfield sites should be earmarked for regeneration.
