Negative impact on residents due to increased noise pollution and Green Belt release. Green Belt should be protected. Development will be damaging to ecology. New road not necessary, improved public transport would solve more access issues than new roads. More brownfield development needed. Encourage communities to grow and develop in a more natural way .
