Warrington has sufficient brownfield land to support a 14 1/2 year building programme. No need to release Green Belt until beyond first decade of the plan. Plan gives no thought to the environment or to local residents.

Development of SEWUE will create more car dependent suburbs - thus increasing pollution, congestion and impact on the climate.

New warehousing facilities will add to strain on road network and cause further congestion issues.
