Concerns regarding the impact on the local area in terms of air quality and the lack of confirmed time frames and confirmed funding for the development of the local services/infrastructure to support such a significant increase in residential dwellings - primary concern is the capacity of the wider South Warrington community to accommodate such large development particularly in the relation to the increase in traffic.
