WBC have not complied with standard assessment for calculating housing need. WBC have also increased housing numbers using a 10% uplift. 2018 ONS data predicts lower growth for the Town. Sufficient brownfield land is available to accommodate lower housing figures. Green Belt development will not provide affordable housing. Plan focuses wrong type of housing in wrong places. No detail for provision of social infrastructure. Heritage and character of South Warrington villages threatened by development. Plan should be halted due to recent Government announcements regarding the protection of Greenbelt and ending housing targets

Consultation was not fit for purpose. No consideration given to town centre regeneration. More focus needed on brownfield development - use of Green Belt contradicts declared climate emergency and there are no exceptional circumstances. No realistic alternative to private car transport planned. No viable road networks planned to alleviate congestion.
