Summary of comments

Destruction of Green Belt in South Warrington is unjustified - no exceptional circumstances to use land for residential or employment purposes. Sufficient brownfield land available closer to existing infrastructure and amenities, which would result in less reliance on private vehicles. Infrastructure improvements in South Warrington only open land up for development and do not manage the impact of 4000 new homes on the area. Proposals for South Warrington increase vehicle reliance due to poor public transport links in the area. Plan does little to address the current air pollution issues.
