Objects due to development of Green Belt where other options are available, lack of prioritisation of non Green Belt options for initial development, lack of planning for infrastructure, removal of agricultural farming industry in a post Brexit era, reduction of habitats for local ecology, lack of consideration for un-needed office spaces given the transition to working from home. Approval of Peel Hall in North Warrington means that the demand for extension in south Warrington should be reduced. There is no accommodation for this in the current plan.
