I feel the plan does not show enough justification for the need for the volume of housing needed in the future given the amount already under construction at the moment and with no details to show how the infrastructure of South Warrington can cope with the increase of traffic.
In particular the proposed warehousing development will only aggravate the local situation, employees will have no access to public transport to the site.
