I have been looking at the proposed building of new houses under the above plan and wonder how this can possibly be justified. Yet again, why are you building on greenbelt land when there is still so much brown land to be developed first. Also we are a village community, not a town, with village roads. We currently have daily issues with traffic in our area with the houses we already have, Stockton Heath, London Road and the surrounding areas are like a car park in the mornings, so where are the extra thousands of cars that these new houses will create going to go? There are no new proposed roads during these builds. These plans are just not in line with locally assessed needs and seriously need to be changed.
