I have serious concerns that the existing infrastructure in the south of Warrington will not support the level of house building and influx of associated residents. I am also disappointed that the Green Belt has not been protected when brownfield land is available. The justification for predicted population growth does not exist.
The introduction of the Thelwall Heys site into the plan is a huge urban extension and will spoil the semi-rural area along the Bridgewater Canal.
The whole South Warrington area will see no benefits from this development plan so I oppose it.
