Thanks for the opportunity to object to Warrington's local plan. I am objecting on the basis that:
1. The planned housing disproportionately affects South Warrington.
2. South Warrington has very little local authority run infrastructure to serve these houses. There is no leisure, centre, no library, no train station, no cycle ways.
3. The plans will change Warrington from a mixed urban-rural area to a fully urban area. As a district local authority, the area does not have the funding to be able to support this. Warrington is already one of the most densely populated local authority areas in England that does not have the status of a metropolitan area.
