As a local resident I would like to raise my concerns on the proposal for 4200 houses to be built in the Appleton, Grappenhall, Thelwall and Stretton area in particular the 500 homes on Stockton lane and Lumbbrook road. This area is already heavily congested and to build further houses and a school will only make the situation worse. Using these roads as a pedestrian is currently quite dangerous with no proper crossings and narrow pavements so to increase the volume of traffic further is ridiculous
