Summary of comments

No justification for the scale of development proposed to the south of the Ship Canal. Infrastructure is not there to support the development. Houses there will not be affordable. Brownfield sites should be prioritised over Green Belt development. Congestion is already bad in south Warrington. Crossings over the ship canal are in need of renovation. More logical to develop more in the north. Leisure facilities are also limited in the south and development will need a range of social infrastructure. More houses mean more pollution. Recycling facilities also limited south of the MSC. Town centre regeneration should be a priority instead.
