Summary of comments

Concern for proposals in Croft as the proposed development sets a precedent for future development which risks the areas of Culcheth and Croft becoming one conurbation. Development will disturb ecology in the area. Additional housing would significantly increase air and noise pollution in the area - affecting existing residents. Road infrastructure in the area is insufficient to support proposed development. The access to the proposed estate will be unsafe for construction vehicles. Questions what has changed since previous refusals for development on this site. Concern for increased surface run off as a result of development. Poor social infrastructure in area to support development. Development would remove livery stables currently used by younger people.
