Plan is too large for Warrington area. Opposed to removal of Green Belt when brownfield sites are available. Lack of infrastructure to support proposed development. Development of commercial facilities on Green Belt near an already congested motorway junction is short sighted. No provision for additional social infrastructure and public transport. The amount of homes proposed doesn't correspond to decreasing national birth rate.
