Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

I don't feel adding 130 properties to the village falls within the councils responsibility that "Councils and other relevant public bodies will be required to work together more closely to tackle local air quality issues, and it will be easier for local authorities to enforce restrictions on smoke emissions from domestic burning, which pollutes our towns and cities. The government will also be required to regularly update its National Air Quality Strategy".

Pollution levels are already high with the latest surveys seen from the Parkside review. So I don't see how this is going to improve this for local Residents. Already access to Golborne Road is already tricky due to the village being a rat run. So adding 130 properties to the village is only creating further issues.

Modification if applicable

I don't feel the use of green belt land is suitable to this location. And feel it's use goes against enabling Residents to live breathing healthy clean air for that of it's Residents and children who attend it's school.
