The plan is framed like it's a 're-plan to reduce greenbelt take' but in reality most of the fiddlers proposal is in greenbelt land and you have just shifted the greenbelt development to west Warrington that has already seen significant housing developments over the last 20 years. I'm not against housing developments but the size and scale of the fiddlers plans seem disproportionate and concentrated in one area.
