Why you support the legal compliance or soundness of the Draft Local Plan or its compliance with the duty to co-operate
I feel that Residential housing is definitely required and all places in the local area of our town are set to inevitably increase in size but as long as local schools and road infrastructure are developed in line with the increased population of a local area. Delph Lane should be majorly widened and resurfaced the bottle neck removed to allow for increased traffic load and a new school should be built to allow for the increase in obvious school numbers rather than overloading the existing system
