Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

It is not a sound plan. The area proposed for development is mostly agricultural and has beautiful aesthetics to it. Urbanisation/expansion here is not a great idea as it will take away the authenticity of Winwick. This project will just ruin the countryside and the openness of Winwick. Have you considered other areas? I suppose you should also explain to the Residents what other areas you have considered and why they are not an option for development. Across the motorway, chapelford village and beyond, there is plenty of space for new homes. I believe, its best to keep urbanisation where it should be.

Why you support the legal compliance or soundness of the Draft Local Plan or its compliance with the duty to co-operate

You wouldn't be proposing this plan if it was non-compliant. It would have been shelved by now. This statement is by no means a support for the plan. It is still unsound as explained above.

Modification if applicable

Look at other areas where development has already taken place/taking place. Those areas will be more suitable for further expansion. Why ruin the countryside?
