1200 new homes is a very large development.
M62 J9 is already impossible to take during rush hour.
Mills lane, leading to a high academy is packed at 9am ( and new high school is not planned).
Building new roads will be difficult because the proposed development is surrounded by the Residential housing.
No local jobs around - commuting? - no train links nearby (may be Padgate, but again via Mills road).
Not to mention, the view on the motorway, air quality, and possible floods from the moorland.
The project is completely unsound.
