By building on marsh land/ nature area on fiddlers ferry area it will push the water else where, to other properties. After the terrible flooding in much of WA5 this year I can?t believe that getting rid of any flood planes is a consideration. The plan for the site needs to only build on the vast ?brown field? site that?s already there and the natural habitat, home to many species of plants and animals, absolutely crucial in helping to protect penketh from flooding must be left alone.
