It's not well advertised or discussed with local Residents, it has no input from local Residents whatsoever, and what input they have mentioned has been completely ignored, peel Hall is on there yet again even though their right to apply again was removed. Therefore it is non compliant with the duty to co-operate, nor is it legally compliant since we're democratic and the people's opinion has been ignored, and therefore it is not sound.
