Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

The plan makes no reference to the additional traffic / strain this will put on the Victorian bridges, not to mention the additional traffic through Stockton Heath. The plan makes no reference to early or in fact any relocation of any of the existing wildlife and the impact it could have on their habitats and numbers. The plan makes no reference to parking for the new homes being constructed, on the basis that each home these days has on average two / three vehicles. Is off-street or additional parking being offered? Finally the plan makes reference to indicative social hubs, community areas etc. are these absolutely guaranteed along with the houses or just proposals that will most likely be forgotten after construction?

Modification if applicable

Must have a strategy for re-homing and minimising impact on the local wildlife, must have a strategy that details either planned works to the Victorian bridges or reducing traffic. Introducing cycle paths and routes to the motorway will not reduce the traffic through Stockton Heath. Ensuring vehicle parking for at least two vehicles per household.
