There is insufficient infrastructure to support this development and the existing road network surrounding the proposed development is already at capacity. In addition the development calls for the construction of a new road which with the provision of 1200 homes will result in even more traffic on frequently gridlocked roads.
Modification if applicable
Peel Hall should be removed from the local plan and preserved as green belt.
