Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

I refer in particular to your application to eradicate more Green Belt land off Waterworks Lane for building use. When I attended Haliwell Jones I was informed that the council has to use greenbelt land to keep pace with its housing targets, I find this reason an absolute nonsense, If you look at the amount of building works currently being undertaken in the North Warrington, a casing point is the Chappleford area, it has and is still being totally transformed. It was only stated in the Prime Ministers conference speech, that there is no need to build on ANY green belt land as there is enough brown belt. If there was ever evidence of this it is Warrington. What is the point in having green belt when local councils continually attempt to erode it bit by bit. Or in this Labour run Council large chunks at a time.
