The NRA/Waterways Agency have deemed this ladn should not be built on. Why has Mr Foden/The Egerton Trust /Briden not been told once and for all he cannot develop this land?
Modification if applicable
This land has only just had a Flood Defence Barrier built on it. I do not feel that granting the construction of any properties/building in the propsed area should be allowed as it would no doubt cause serious damage to this defence and weaken it if not break it through the vibration of construction and increased traffic in the area after construction?
