Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

Legally compliant- not totally sure with recent changes to suggestions to use more Brownfield Sites instead of Green Belt that Warrington Council have achieved this, even though they have brought Fiddlers Ferry forward into the Plan. More brownfield sites need to be used.
Duty to cooperate- whilst the Council have reduced housing numbers and green belt space to be used - still more can be done to listen to the local people.

Modification if applicable

Please use less Green belt and more brownfield sites.

Also please make as many routes in the Local Plan MULTI USER ROUTES- so that all types of users can get more access across the borough.

Horse riders and those with Mobility issues find it difficult to access a joined up network of paths! Especially as we look more and more towards Active Travel- please include as many user groups as is possible

Thanks
