The plans destroy green belt land unnecessarily. The housing is not affordable housing but rather luxury housing. Who exactly benefits? Certainly not the wildlife or environment. Existing local amenities & schools cannot cope with the influx.
We moved to Grappenhall a few years ago and the housing plans here are disgusting, we are watching the destruction of the beautiful views and existing wildlife. Further expansion should be stopped. Protect our beautiful green fields and environment.
