Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
The Local plan has no local benefit what so ever. It removes probably one of the best views i know a place of piece and relaxation and rips it up for 300+ houses. The council has not thought of the increased pressure on the Latchford swing bridge which already struggles with demand let alone another 300 cars at least (and that is if each house only has one car) or schools we were told on our visit to lymm high even though we live in the catchment because of demand we may not get a place. If this area is not fot to farm it should become a new forest or meadow to help combat climate change and dwindling habitats for animals. I do not understand how this can even be proposed to be developed.
