UPSVLP 2048
The proposal is not justified fully enough around population growth and the need for affordable housing to attract our younger generations to stay in the area and bring up their own families in Warrington. There is no reference to additional education facilities for primary or secondary students in line with housing numbers. Incorrect use of green belt areas. Over population of small villages that will lose their character and community spirit.
There is nothing that I can see as to why it would be illegal and it has taken into account previous comments from Residents.
No use of green belt land to achieve housing target.
Additional infrastructure to accommodate road users.
Additional public transport to outlying villages such as lymm.
Affordable housing particularly directed at our current younger generation to appeal to them living in Warrington rather than going to Manchester or Liverpool.
