Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
This plan lacks any vision for a future requiring much less use of car transportation.
Home users for these new properties will have to drive to work, shop, school etc.
There is no plan the development of public transport and cycleways to reduce our carbon foot print.
Why you support the legal compliance or soundness of the Draft Local Plan or its compliance with the duty to co-operate
Legally compliant: I am ot a lawyer and so presume it is!
Compliant with the duty to cooperate: No idea what this means but again presume that it is accurate!
Modification if applicable
I am not a planner but would insist that all brown sites in the city area have ben considered and there is a plan as to how the Warrington centre north of the canal is going to be developed before free belts are further invaded.
