Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
at the use of green filed sites is excessive and there seems to very little use of brown field sites, particularly in the town centre.
There is a risk that on the proposed green field sites house's will be unaffordable to first time buyers and local Residents due to the existing value of properties in these areas.
