Surely you can't just get rid of Green Belt land in this way. The proposition that building all these houses will drive the economy puts the cart before the horse - it's a nonsense. The transport infrastructure is poor already - this will break it completely.
Modification if applicable
Come up with a plan that uses the all the brownfield land first.
