With respect to the proposed developments at Waterworks Lane and Peel Hall, I feel that there is no plan proposed to manage the impact of the development on the existing infrastructure on the village of Winwick. I believe the infrastructure in Winwick is already straining - and will be strained further from the major development proposed at Parkside.

Modification if applicable

Consider the road infrastructure through Winwick village - particularly the A49/Golbourne Road/Myddleton Lane. These roads already have heavy traffic around the local primary school, Residential housing, local shops and pub.
