Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
It does not indicate the effect on existing Residents due to lack of infrastructure, road access across the Mersey and ship canal, and motorway links which are already congested.
No regard is made to safety of existing Residents to increased traffic on existing congested roads.
No regard is made to loss of green belt that could be used for tree planting to reduce Warrington carbon footprint. Once green belt is gone cannot be used for carbon reduction.
Modification if applicable
The Local Plan needs to be specific how North South traffic will be accommodated at times when the Motorway system is congested. Warrington?s Carbon neutral plan should be considered. Tree planting should be considered.
