Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
Building a min of 300 homes in an already heavily populated area and heavy traffic area is not feasible.
Destroying the green space and adding another potential 600 cars to the already very busy Knutsford Rd, Stockport Rd and Chester Rd does not make any sense.
Public transport is practically non existent so all commuters are likely to jump into their cars to commute to work.
Cycling and walking to work is not an option
Modification if applicable
Not to build on Thelwall Heys as the current infrastructure cannot support it.
