Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
The reduction in green belt, will reduce the lungs of Warrington. Trees should be planted in this area rather than houses. The increase of traffic on already congested roads will impact on existing Residents in the area. There is insufficient infrastructure included within the Local Plan to cater for the increase of population and traffic. No mention is made of Warrington carbon footprint, which should be fundamental to any future plans.
Modification if applicable
The implication of carbon footprint should be included within the Local Plan. The plan is not within the guidance of the existing Village Design Statement for Grappenhall and Thelwall.
