Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
The proposed development is unsupported by clear proposals for transport links to the town centre, clear proposals for other infrastructure required eg. schools, medical facilities, hospital capacity. Ther use of green belt land is also unsound
Modification if applicable
Re-evaluation of the justification for predicted growth and the use of green belt land for housing and employment. Re-evaluation of the harm to the local air quality and ecology.
Clarify how the plan is to be delivered .
Explanation of how the already poor transport infrastructure of South Warrington would cope with the increased levels of traffic (access to Warrington Hospital and the town centre for example)
