This is green belt land that will never be recovered. It is inhabited by many types of wildlife including protected wildlife.
Modification if applicable
The only way to make this legally compliant is to find some other land such as industrial estate and build the houses there. Further destruction of local green belt is against government policy to reduce global warming and enhance our presence on the earth which we are entrusted to look after. Please think carefully before supporting this.
