This plan TOTALLY FAILS to meet the potential benefits demanded by local people.
It ignores traffic issues, green belt threats, suitable housing criteria, environmental threats, the liveability and nature of our local area, and value for money.
In the opinion of this writer it is a DEVELOPERS CHARTER, not a plan design to satisfy the needs desires of local people.
