Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate
The infrastructure of this area is insufficient to support the present population. Adding this amount of additional homes will make it far worse. Roads, schools, doctors etc will just not support this expansion. Green belt land should not be destroyed for future generations. Air quality in the area will suffer irreversible damage.
Modification if applicable
All brown land should be used first to preserve the few remaining rural parts of Warrington.
