Why you consider the Draft Local Plan is not legally compliant or is unsound or fails to comply with the duty to co-operate

The road system in the North East of Warrington barely copes with the current level of use. Adding so many Residential properties in such a congested area does not make sense. Permission to build these properties should not be given until the road improvements have been agreed and preferably put in place before building starts. The limited access via Poplars Avenue and Mill Lane is not sufficient. Mill Lane is already too narrow to cope with the traffic which uses it. Whilst Residents have been asked their opinions the developers have not complied with their duty to co-operate.

Modification if applicable

Updating the road system in the Northeast of Warrington. Access to the A49, M6 northbound and M62 Westbound is not sufficient for current levels of Residential property and adding more housing is going to make it even worse.
